Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although initially musty, turned out to be roomy, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The service was a blend of friendliness and rudeness. The hotel's rooms could use a modern update to match the rest of the property. Despite this, my stay was very comfortable with a huge bed and plenty of space. The location is outstanding, easy walking distance to Deia with access to beautiful surroundings. Dining was exceptional, especially the breakfast with a view of Deia. Service was impeccable, with personalized touches though there were minor issues with breakfast service. Facilities were top-notch.
